Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@theroyalmods.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

⚠️ Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, simply place a new separate order for the desired item.
European Union - 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The same conditions apply - item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
📌 Please note: A $50 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount. The remaining balance will be returned to your account.
