Warranty Coverage: This warranty covers mechanical movement and core timekeeping functions of watches manufactured by Verilon Mods.

Warranty Period: 2 years from the original purchase date (only for the first customer).

We cover:

Factory defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Necessary parts and labor to address eligible defects.

Movement not functioning under standard conditions (no impact or tampering involved).

Orders

Each Royal timepiece is hand built to order according to your chosen design and specifications. To ensure the highest possible standards, we have a lead time of 1 week from the date of order to dispatch. This allows us to carry out the necessary quality control procedures and ensure your watch is crafted to your utmost satisfaction. All orders placed through our webstore are subject to the given lead time even if the item is shown as "In stock".

 

Shipping

All Worldwide shipments are fully insured with tracking and mainly handled by our delivery partner. Once shipped, you will receive a personal notice with dedicated tracking information.
