All my watches are brand new and built with passion. For my Seiko custom mods, I only use Seiko movements, with Seiko and aftermarket products, to design and craft beautiful time pieces for you.
Shipping Details
Orders
Each Royal timepiece is hand built to order according to your chosen design and specifications. To ensure the highest possible standards, we have a lead time of 1 week from the date of order to dispatch. This allows us to carry out the necessary quality control procedures and ensure your watch is crafted to your utmost satisfaction. All orders placed through our webstore are subject to the given lead time even if the item is shown as "In stock".
Shipping
All Worldwide shipments are fully insured with tracking and mainly handled by our delivery partner. Once shipped, you will receive a personal notice with dedicated tracking information. International orders typically take 5 days to be delivered. These times may vary depending on unavoidable circumstances faced by the delivery partner. Shipping charges are calculated upon checkout and may vary depending on the country of destination.
Customs Import Tax for International Customers
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by your countries import laws. Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost, and are to be borne by the buyer. How can I adjust my watch size?
Each watch comes with an adjustment kit, making it easy for you to customize the bracelet size for a perfect fit.
Shipping Time ?
Total delivery time is 5–9 business days. Every watch is handmade and tested to make sure it’s perfect before we ship it.
About the cost, shipping is totally free.
Are they original ?
We use genuine Seiko movements to create unique watches inspired Top Designers.
Our timepieces are not replicas and we are not affiliated the Seiko brand in any way.
Do you use authentic Seiko movements ?
Yes, we use genuine Seiko NH35/NH38 movements, renowned for their precision and reliability. Each watch is carefully assembled in our workshop to ensure a unique product.
